1. Connect the power supply to the device and plug it into the wall socket.
2. Connect the cable from base to the transmitter pad.
3. Place the transmitter pad under the pillow. To avoid messing with cables you can try to place it under the bedsheat.
4. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
5. Attach the magnet behind your ear where the skin is thinnest. If you are having problem hearing the sound try to adjust position.
1. Connect your phone to the device via bluetooth and play music like you would use any other wireless speaker.
2. For the best experience lie down on your bed with the transmitter right under your ear where the magnet is attached.
1. Try to adjust the position of the magnet. Some people preffer to have it on the upper part of the ear, some preffer to have it slightly bellow the earlobe.
2. Make sure that transmitter pad is right bellow your ear. Although transmitter is quite forgiving about head placement. Sometimes it can be tricky to place just right.
We find, that with right adjustment noone is listening at full volume.1. Make sure that the device is turned on. If the device is on, you should see the device led blinking. If the led is always on that means another device is connected.
2. Make sure that bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
3. Make sure that you are not connected to another bluetooth device. If you are, disconnect from it and try to connect to SleepSound again.
4. If you are still having problems, try unplugging and replugging SleepSound from the power socket.
